From the "Roof of Africa", the man who reads minds, Dr. Carl, a good ole friend of mine, has given us an surprise! He made it to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, and took one of our stickers with him! What!?

Out of all people in the world, I happened to stumble across the mentalist himself while visiting Honduras. It was such a pleasure not only getting to know him, but also to be dive buddies... We only lost each other a few times. 😉

The whole expedition took eight days! And the fact that he took our sticker (which I gave him more than a year ago) to the summit is pretty darn awesome.

This means a lot to us. Thanks @carlreadsminds !

If you haven't noticed yet, we updated our website to look a little different and easier to navigate. Not perfect by any means, but there is a bit of new content and the opportunity to support the blog. You can "buy us a coffee" and get stickers or magnets! (more details on the website).

I'm looking at creating a few entries on some of the most frequently asked question, like what gear do we trust, what should you buy first, etc. If you have any questions like these, please let me know. My goal is for someone to find this information useful! Though, I'm tired of telling people the first thing they need is to have fun!

Miss my best friend group from Illinois 🥺 Gabe, @sharkio24 and I visited @yamilethlange in Las Vegas in May. It was a lightening fast weekend but fun. Man, Las Vegas is INSANE though! I never knew a city could be so… unreal? It felt like a movie set the entire time. Definitely a place where you could have a wild time 😬
